If your mobile supports java then you won’t have any problem installing operamini. Just point your phone’s browser to http://operamini.com and download it.
But if your mobile does not have java then you will not be able to install operamini or any other java software or app.
I think like most of the china made mobiles your mobile does not support java. Sorry.
